The Personal Mental Training Program is the highest service for dedicated athletes. - Specific and strategic mental training plan for each individual - Weekly one on one meetings with your coach (Video chat or in person) - Weekly Mental Training Skill building tasks - In person or video observation of performance - Survey and Evaluation - Monthly plan includes access to live phone and message communication with your performance coach during business hours
